In areas not provided with natural gas, regular research is carried out on the appeals of the population in connection with the late sale of coal and briquette coal products in some mahallas in the region, the problems of citizens are eliminated.
In particular, on November 23 this year, a study was conducted on the treatment of citizens living in the boyracha mahalla of the Shavat district, the topic: "don't supply coal, we sit with children in the cold" on the social channel "@SizdanTelegram."
According to the data presented in the study, the number of apartments in need of coal fuel in the area will be 680 units, according to the plan, in the autumn-winter period of 2020-2021 will be delivered to a total of 409 tons of coal. As of 23 November this year, 219 tons of coal had been delivered to the region (the last time 17.4 tons were delivered on 17 November).
In order to eliminate the problem mentioned in the appeal, the territorial administration, together with the responsible organizations, took measures to ensure the smooth supply of coal and briquette coal to the population and to establish systematic work in this direction. As a result, 23 tons of coal were delivered to the territory of the Boyrachi mahalla on 23 November 2020 and 25 tons of briquette coal were delivered on 24 November 2020, and the cases mentioned in the appeal were eliminated and citizens' appeals were granted.
For information, in accordance with the Cabinet Resolution No. 177 of July 2, 2015, it is noted to ensure the smooth supply of coal to the population of non-gas territories and the regulation adopted with the aim, a comprehensive organization of the production and sale of coal briquettes in the country, ensuring the timely and full delivery of coal briquettes to the population and budget organizations in the volumes provided by the balance of resources and the distribution of coal quality and acceptable prices.
The relevant documents on the supply of coal to areas without gas in winter will also be approved, and the schedule approved by Hakim to supply coal to the population will be submitted to the civil meetings of the mahalla. The civil assembly of the mahalla forms a register of purchases of coal on the applications received at the gathering of citizens and rents it to coal warehouses. At coal warehouses, measures are being taken to ensure the smooth supply of coal products to the population on the basis of the prices approved by the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the registry and schedule approved by the gathering of citizens of the mahalla.
