Today, Uzbekistan, which is rapidly developing, is creating many amenities for the population.
An example is the case where utility payments are made possible as if it were a mobile connection. After all, you did not have to go to a gas or electric enterprise and wait in line, as it was before.
But what if, after making an electronic payment, the funds do not come to your account, to whom you can report the problem?
Faced with this problem, the citizen appealed to the Consumer Protection Agency of the Antitrust Committee through the "Call Center".
An investigation conducted by the territorial office revealed that 150,000 sums from the plastic card "Agrobank" belonging to the citizen were paid for the gas supply electronically, the money from the plastic card was withdrawn, but did not enter the gas supply base.
The citizen's request for practical assistance in this matter was resolved positively as a result of the intervention of the territorial administration.
In protecting the rights and interests of the citizen as a consumer, the regional branch of Agrobank returned 150,000 sums to a plastic card belonging to a citizen.
In turn, the complainant expressed gratitude to the territorial management.
It should be noted that under section 21 of the Consumer Protection Act, the seller (executive) cannot charge the consumer for unprovided services.
Dear consumer, if your rights and interests as a consumer are violated due to such circumstances, you can contact the consumer protection agency's short number at The Antitrust Committee 1159 or the Territorial Administration Hotline (62) 223-17-33.
