On may 18 this year, a citizen living in the Khazarasp district paid for the purchase of a LASETTI car at the car dealership within 7 days, filed a complaint that the funds to be returned as a concession under the contract were not returned by the car dealership.
As a result of the survey it turned out that the citizen paid for the car by 100 percent on the day of the contract, and after 7 months arrived the long-awaited car.
However, the sum of 10,200,000 sums to be returned by the car dealership to the citizen under the special deduction specified in the contract was not returned without any arguments.
Article 19 of the “Consumer Protection” Act stipulates consumer rights in case of violation of the terms of the contract for the performance of work and services.
As a result of clarifications made by the responsible officials of the territorial administration to the representatives of the car dealerships about the requirements of the law, the car dealership returned to the consumer a sum of 10,200,000 sums.
